Generally speaking, thermal insulation clothing is divided into heavy-duty Class A thermal insulation clothing and light Class B thermal insulation clothing. The former is mainly designed and used in harsh environments and very dangerous situations, so it is fully enclosed and meets nfpa1991 standards. The latter is similar to the former, but less protective of the skin.
In the maintenance process of heat insulation clothing, the following points should be paid attention:
1. The heat insulation clothing has the performance of flame retardant and heat insulation, but it cannot prevent all adverse conditions. When approaching a high temperature ignition source, try to avoid direct contact with flame or molten metal. When chemical gas or radioactive damage occurs, corresponding accessories and positive pressure respirators should be equipped.
2. The storage place of heat insulation clothing should be dry and ventilated, away from high temperature sources, open flames and acidic chemical solvents. At the same time, the composite layer is prevented from falling off after being affected with moisture.
3. Before using the insulation clothing, check whether the insulation clothing is damaged.
4. For the heat insulation clothes after use, use a soft brush dipped in a neutral detergent to clean the residual dirt on the surface, and then wash with clean water. After cleaning, the heat insulation clothes are placed in a ventilated place to dry and put back into the corresponding storage place.
5. When the insulation clothing is stored, it should be hung as much as possible, and try not to face the insulation clothing, so as to avoid multiple folding damage and affect the protective performance of the insulation clothing.
6. Insulation clothing is regularly inspected and maintained once a week to check whether it is damaged and remove oil stains.
7. In line with the storage conditions of fire protection clothing, the warranty period is one year.

Note:
Although the heat insulation clothing has excellent flame retardant and heat insulation properties, it cannot protect the human body under any conditions. When working near the flame area, do not come into direct contact with the flame and molten metal.

3. Must be fully dressed when entering the site. Tighten all closure parts to ensure a good garment seal.
