What temperature do you need to use

1. Operators in front of the furnace: the heat source of the steelmaking furnace is 1500 degrees, the operation distance is about 1 meter from the heat source, and the risk coefficient is five stars. It is recommended to wear all-United FGR-FQA/WQ heat insulation clothing, which can realize comfortable operation within X minutes, and when small-quality molten metal splashes, it can avoid direct scalding, or avoid whole-body combustion caused by ignition of clothing, which is close to life-threatening, so as to achieve the role of effective protection;
2. Foundry: The heat source of the steelmaking furnace is 1500 degrees, the working distance is 1.5-2 meters, and the risk coefficient is four stars. It is mainly faced with the risk of splashing of molten metal or other high-temperature substances. It is recommended to wear full-scale XXX heat insulation clothing, which can effectively prevent molten metal and other high-temperature substances from scalding through clothing and causing burns. On the other hand, it can effectively extend the continuous operation time.

Boiler damage maintenance operation protection

The boiler needs to be stopped for maintenance during a certain period of work. The ambient temperature in the furnace is very high and can be measured by infrared thermometer.
